Customer shall accept products shipped from
3D Interior Signs. Customer is to immediately inspect contents of
package(s) for damage and or shortage. If box and or crating appear
damaged at time of delivery, note on bill of lading and with delivery
driver and take receipt of notation. You must notify 3D Interior Signs
within 24 hours of receipt of package(s) of any damage or shortages.
No packages are to be returned to 3D Interior Signs without prior
approval. If Customer chooses to have 3D Interior Signs coordinate
installation of sign(s) with a separate Installation Contractor any
inadvertent damage caused to sign by Installation Contractor is to
be settled between Customer and Installation Contractor with 3D
Interior Signs acting as arbitrator. 3D Interior Signs guarantees
sign(s) to be free of defective workmanship and materials that
materially affect performance or appearance of sign(s) for one (1)
full year from date of delivery.
